THERAPY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Finding a therapist can be hard especially affordable ones, that's why we're here to help!

The goal of our Therapy Assistance Program (T.A.P) is to help accurately match people with a therapist that fits their mental health needs.

Here is what the process looks like:
1. Fill out the entry survey, this helps us get a clear picture of what you need.
2. Within 72 hours of submitting your survey a KBK Rep. will contact you to set up your beginning consultation (this will be virtual due to COVID-19)
3. A week after you're consultation, we will send you a list of 3 therapist that we feel might be a good match for you. You will then pick one.
4. You set up your first appointment and if you like the match great. If not, we will continue until you are satisfied.
5.Optional - If requested, a KBK Helper will meet with you after therapy sessions to help debrief and talk about your experience.
At anytime during treatment, you feel uncomfortable or like your therapist is not meeting your needs feel free to end your visit and contact us again to restart the search process.

We also know that not everyone will have a support system to talk about this journey with and we are here to help with that as well. In addition to helping you find a therapist, we will also offer mental support as you embark on your journey.
When funding is available, we also offer financial assistance to help individuals pay for sessions.
